  • Every session is a unique journey tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. We embrace variety, employing different mindfulness practices, music selections, and facilitation styles to ensure your experience is enriching and fulfilling.

    Here's what you can expect during a typical session:

    • We will start with a consultation to understand your area of concern and where you are mentally and emotionally.

    • Then, we'll begin with a personalized grounding activity designed to deepen your connection with your body and the present moment.

    • For in-person sessions, we'll conduct a gentle physical assessment, including spine palpation and leg length checks. If needed, safe touch techniques will be applied to foster a greater sense of security and containment.

    • Throughout the session, carefully curated music will accompany you, enhancing the healing atmosphere.

    The core of the session involves spending 20-30 minutes engaged in Spinal Energetic processes while you lie comfortably on your belly or back.

    Once the processes are completed, I'll gently guide you back to the present moment before wrapping up with a chat to discuss your experience and address any questions.

    In-person sessions are longer in duration, as we can incorporate additional physical practices to deepen your experience even further.

  • Distance energy work draws upon foundational principles from ancient Eastern philosophies such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism, emphasizing interconnectedness, non-local consciousness, and the influence of intention on energetic processes.

    Modern science, particularly quantum physics, parallels these concepts through discoveries like quantum entanglement, non-locality, and quantum vacuum.

    To keep it simple, below is another way to comprehend this:

    • We are all energetic beings connected by subtle energies, which form a vast energetic web that allows energy to be transmitted without being affected by time and space.

    • Since our consciousness isn’t confined to our body, we can connect with each other’s energy field, regardless of the distance. Think connecting to a cosmic Wi-Fi!

    • Through focused intention and visualization, energy is directed at the recipient to affect her energetic field and processes to promote unwinding, release, and healing.

    While understanding the intricacies is valuable, firsthand experience is the best teacher. For some individuals, remote sessions are even more potent than in-person sessions.

  • When an in-person session is not a viable option, or you wish to experience something different in the comfort of your home, these are what you need for your virtual session:

    • Stable internet connection

    • A conducive environment where you’ll not be disturbed for the entire duration

    • A camera on your phone or laptop that’s fully charged

    • A mat/couch/bed where you can lie comfortably

    • Sufficiently lit room

    Other optional items I find helpful:

    • Bluetooth speaker or earphones

    • Calming scent to set the space

    • A box of tissue paper

    • An eye mask, if sensitive to light

    • A pillow or blanket within reach

    The primary effort required from you is to pay attention to your breath, flow with the accompanying music, and keep your mind and heart open.
