Every session is a unique journey tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. We embrace variety, employing different mindfulness practices, music selections, and facilitation styles to ensure your experience is enriching and fulfilling.
Here's what you can expect during a typical session:
We will start with a consultation to understand your area of concern and where you are mentally and emotionally.
Then, we'll begin with a personalized grounding activity designed to deepen your connection with your body and the present moment.
For in-person sessions, we'll conduct a gentle physical assessment, including spine palpation and leg length checks. If needed, safe touch techniques will be applied to foster a greater sense of security and containment.
Throughout the session, carefully curated music will accompany you, enhancing the healing atmosphere.
The core of the session involves spending 20-30 minutes engaged in Spinal Energetic processes while you lie comfortably on your belly or back.
Once the processes are completed, I'll gently guide you back to the present moment before wrapping up with a chat to discuss your experience and address any questions you may have.
In-person sessions are longer in duration, as we can incorporate additional physical practices to deepen your experience even further.

Sensations in the body: It is quite common for first-timers to notice a variety of sensations, such as gentle twitching, subtle warmth, or tingling sensations. These are signs that your body is responding positively to the energy flow.
Spontaneous body adjustments and movements: As your nervous system begins to unwind, you might find yourself naturally stretching or readjusting, which is your body's way of releasing tension and finding balance. Some may experience more pronounced movements, especially those deeply connected to their body and mind.
Change in breathing pattern: Many individuals experience a beautiful shift in their breathing pattern during sessions, often feeling a profound sense of relaxation as their breath deepens and expands throughout their body.
Emotional discharge: Individuals experiencing overwhelming emotions may experience emotional discharge like crying or shouting. Emotional release is a natural part of the process, and many find solace in allowing themselves to express and release their feelings, often feeling lighter and more at peace afterward.
Meditative or trance-like state: It's not uncommon for newcomers to energy work to enter a deeply meditative or trance-like state during sessions. This state of profound relaxation is exactly what your nervous system craves, allowing for deep healing and restoration.
Generally, clients report feeling a sense of lightness, relaxation, and inner balance after sessions. Even without outward signs, such as tears and movements, the cognitive, mental, and emotional improvements are often noticeable, leaving them feeling lighter and calmer.
Regardless of the outcome, trust in the process, and know that each session brings you closer to your desired well-being.

Following a session, your post-experience state may vary, ranging from profound relaxation and revitalization to considerable fatigue. This experience can last from days to weeks, depending on the individual's lifestyle and level of self-care, and it is also influenced by your initial baseline.
Whether you feel energized and equipped with newfound resilience or drained, it's essential to carve out time for reflection and adjustment before diving back into your routine. If you're feeling tired after the session, it's wise to take it easy and avoid pushing yourself too hard right away.

The natural movements and sounds you experience during this process are your body's way of finding release. They're a beautiful manifestation of your inner energy, intuition, and instinct, responding to the treatment in a deeply personal way. Embrace them as signs of your body unwinding, letting go of tension, trauma, and trapped energy.
It's important to recognize that these bodily responses, such as shaking, tremoring, or yawning, are normal reactions to stress and stimulation. Just like how animals instinctively shake off tension, your body knows how to release what it doesn't need. However, many of us have been conditioned to suppress these natural reactions, perhaps from a young age, due to societal expectations or cultural norms.
Understanding and accepting this process is key to overcoming any fear or confusion you might feel. Your body holds its wisdom, and by allowing it to express itself freely, you're tapping into that innate intelligence. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and the intensity and style of these movements vary from person to person due to the following reasons:
Their personality and way of expression(introvert/extrovert)
How connected they are to their body
How safe they feel in the environment or their body and if it is safe to express themselves fully
The degree of armor/energetic blockages they have
Their sensitivity to energy
How much permission do they give themselves just to be

When we recognize the unique ways individuals express themselves and acknowledge that our nervous system reacts differently based on its own baseline and capacity, we can appreciate that the outward display during a session doesn't necessarily reflect its effectiveness.
While some clients might feel a surge in energy or a profound sense of calm, others may undergo a post-healing detox, which could manifest as temporary flare-ups or increased bowel movements.
Remember, healing is an ongoing process beyond the session. The effects may gradually reveal themselves over the following days and may persist for up to a few weeks. These changes might be subtle, especially for clients who aren't deeply attuned to their inner workings.

Firstly, it is dependent on the individual’s goals. For instance, are you looking for general relaxation or spiritual exploration?
Next, let's consider your unique circumstances: your past experiences, current lifestyle, stressors, and support systems. Recognize that each of us responds differently to healing due to our individual histories and energetic compositions. For instance, individuals with protective or defensive tendencies may require more sessions to unlock deep releases compared to those who are naturally attuned and open-hearted.
Generally speaking, it takes at least 6-12 sessions for your body to learn and fully embody the energetic language of Spinal Energetics and enter further healing stages.
Like staying healthy and fit, we do not stop taking care of our nervous system and energetic systems once we feel improvements. The modern world is filled with a multitude of stressors, and we are inevitably exposed to them daily. Hence, it is imperative to be proactive about our well-being by periodically releasing any tension stored in our nervous system so we do not stay in survival mode and thrive.
Related to chiropractic philosophy, the potential for healing is proportional to the degree of ease and amount of life force energy that flows through the spinal column.
Therefore, the more we release resistance and blockages in our body, the better our energy flows and the healthier, lighter, and clearer we become. Our energy flow affects our level of consciousness, too. The higher our consciousness goes, the more calmness, ease, vitality, vibrancy, love, harmony, beauty, and a sustained sense of well-being we experience.
When our nervous system is flexible, unburdened, and well-regulated, we can tap into our intuition as we no longer live perpetually in the fight-flight, freeze, or shutdown state. In the flow and meditative state, we receive inspiration, ideas, insights, and solutions aligned with our deepest desires.
In conclusion, you decide the amount of care to receive because you have the authority to determine how far and deep you would like to go with this work.

It is advisable to determine the session frequency based on your experience during and after each session, the observable shifts between sessions, and your available time and resources.
People with complex and chronic stress patterns or dysregulation may require extended intervals between sessions to process and integrate insights that have surfaced during the session.
From a neuroplasticity standpoint, it can be advantageous to reinforce desired changes through repetition, establishing routines, and maintaining consistency.
