Cancellation Policy
I deeply value the time we have together, and I know life can be beautifully unpredictable. This policy exists not to be rigid, but to honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session — and to ensure that every client has fair access to available appointments.
More than 24 hours' notice: No worries at all — your session credit can be rolled over to a future booking, transferred, or refunded to your original payment method. Life happens, and I've got you.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee and 3% transaction fee will apply. Your remaining credit can be rolled over to your next session or refunded via your preferred payment method. Please note this also applies to rescheduled sessions that are subsequently canceled.
No-shows or less than 12 hours' notice: Because the time has been held and prepared for, the full session credit will unfortunately be forfeited.
Refunds: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
I understand that sometimes genuinely unexpected things arise. While I can't guarantee exceptions, I'm always open to a conversation — please don't hesitate to reach out if you find yourself in an unusual situation. I'll always do my best to meet you with understanding and fairness.
