Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable: Emergencies arise, kids fall sick, sudden fatigue hits, or unexpected work matters come up, which are completely understandable. Therefore, I’ll always do my best to accommodate when genuine circumstances make it hard to attend.

That said, to keep things fair for everyone (and to honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session), here’s how my cancellation policy flows:

  • No-shows: Unfortunately, credits for missed appointments without notice will be forfeited in full.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% fee will be forfeited. The remaining credits can be rolled over to your next booking or refunded via your preferred payment method. This also applies if a rescheduled session later gets canceled.

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: Your session credit can be rolled over, transferred, or refunded to the same payment method.

  • Refund requests: While cancellations are allowed, any refund request must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled session.

This policy helps maintain a balanced, energetic exchange and ensures everyone has equal access to available time slots.
