Rabbit Hole: MCEO Freedom Teachings

Don’t believe everything that’s pretty.

A personal reflection on discernment, sovereignty, and spiritual practice

This post touches on themes that can feel complex or even confronting: false light, energy harvesting, multidimensional frameworks, and the perspective offered by MCEO Freedom Teachings. Whether you’re an energy worker, someone exploring esoteric practices, or simply curious, take what resonates and leave the rest.

More than anything, this is a reflection of how my own lens has shifted and how that has influenced how I live and facilitate since I better understood the above.

What led me here

This exploration didn’t begin from theory, but from real conversations and lived experience.

A returning client once shared on her second visit that she had come across MCEO Freedom Teachings and decided to step away from all New Age practices. The material felt deeply coherent and comprehensive to her, far more than anything she had encountered before. Not only that, it was astonishingly extensive and answered the questions her past mentors had brushed off or were unable to answer. Naturally, she began questioning the integrity of the work we were doing together. Eventually, we continued the session in line with her preferences and stayed in contact, with the intention of seeing where MCEO FT leads her while allowing her to have a contact to reach out to if she needs to during such a big upheaval.

At the time, I was curious and knew there was more in store for me, but I was not ready to go deeper due to capacity constraints and other priorities.

That changed after I came across Cathleen Allen’s work during a period of existential doubt. Through her offerings, I was introduced to the idea of “false light” and its hierarchies, concepts that initially felt difficult to believe, as if they were sci-fi. Alongside that came perspectives on the potential agendas and distortions behind certain spiritual frameworks, the less visible aspects of the New Age space beneath the “love and light,” and how some commonly recommended protection methods actually increased vulnerability and dependency. It also raised the possibility that well-intentioned people can be influenced in ways they are not fully aware of. Her sharing prompted me to re-examine my own practices, influences, and assumptions.

Up until then, I had been open in sessions to inviting guides, angels, and external support, trusting that intention alone would filter what was benevolent—a belief that is still widely circulating in the spiritual community.

That assumption is one of the things that began to unravel.

(On a side note: During that particularly challenging period, Cathleen’s “Black Goo” clearing meditation genuinely supported me in stabilizing and gradually regaining my footing. There were also moments where I turned to meditation as a last resort for physical discomfort that felt both energetic and somatic, and I was surprised by how much it helped.

This led me to work with her one-on-one once. The experience was positive, but I didn't continue. Besides no significant shifts, the cost was unsustainable, and there were aspects I couldn’t fully resonate with. For example, she mentioned Lilith, her associated Divine Dark guide, mentioned that I was “one of hers.” While I don’t reject shadow archetypes or darker expressions of the divine, the idea of being claimed by any entity, especially one I don’t fully understand or that is controversial, didn’t sit right with me.

Over time, I also felt less inclined to continue with the clearing meditations. There were no negative consequences to stopping, so I allowed that chapter to close and redirected my focus to other ways of supporting my state.

Part of that decision was grounded in what I already understand and trust: that any form of attachment tends to serve a purpose, meet an existing wound or resonance, and that believing oneself to be under “attack” or having an attachment when there isn’t any can create and attract that experience. Lastly, no framework or practitioner is entirely free from potential distortion. Therefore, I decided to move on and explore MCEO Freedom Teachings.

Where things stopped adding up

Over time, I noticed a pattern.

Some clients who were no strangers to spiritual tools and practices still felt stuck, dysregulated, disconnected from their bodies, unable to shift recurring patterns or become aware of their shadow behaviors. Despite doing “all the right things,” they still carry a sense of disempowerment, an inability to recognize their intuition or trust themselves and the flow of life.

At the same time, I was grappling with my own internal conflict, self-doubt, and shame. Much of it arose from reflecting on my reactions to what is happening in the world, from the ongoing violence in Gaza to mass shootings, violent and unjustifiable ICE enforcement practices, the political assassination of Charlie Kirk, financial market manipulation, widening wealth inequality, and more.

While Israel continuously broke the ceasefire agreements, relentlessly attacked and starved innocents in Gaza daily, I found myself unsettled by how many in spiritual and wellness spaces continued speaking about gratitude, positive affirmations, feel-good visualization, and promoting nervous system regulation without acknowledging how inherently dysregulating such realities are. Conversations around healing began to feel incomplete when they excluded systemic harm, collective trauma, and real-world suffering.

Spiritual coaches were still busy churning out content centered on manifesting an ideal lifestyle, often without examining its broader impact. Often, beneath the lifestyle they are living, or promoting, are layers of exploitation and extraction, whether through neo-colonial dynamics, gentrification, environmental harm, or cheap labor, that are rarely acknowledged, let alone addressed.

The dissonance grew louder as the healing and spiritual content I kept encountering felt increasingly disconnected from the realities unfolding in the world. Many people I followed, including those in the said spaces, remained silent. Others only spoke up for their own communities when issues directly affected them.

Looking at my feed, I started to question myself. I wondered if I was doing something wrong, if I cared too much, if I should be focusing more on “love and light,” redirecting my attention only to what I could control, or narrowing my focus solely to my personal life. This period forced me into deeper discernment, not just about others, but also about myself, my practice, and what good the healing and spirituality I stood for have been serving.

After being introduced to the concept of “false light,” I began to understand why some people who appear highly spiritual avoid engaging with difficult realities that genuinely require attention and action. Some of them never allowed themselves to talk about injustices, as if it would make them disappear magically or lower their vibration. Perhaps it would expose their hypocrisy or their extractive nature—either way, their true nature will start to reveal as more people awaken.

It marked a shift in how I related to the field as a whole, including therapeutic spaces where some practitioners position themselves as apolitical, rather than examining how their work could better meet clients within real-world contexts shaped by systemic harm and perhaps work to encourage them to take meaningful actions to support their cause, or towards decolonizing their practice or collective liberation.

Therefore, encountering Cathleen’s work brought another layer of clarity. It helped me see how individuals aligned with distorted frameworks, consciously or not, can come across as deeply caring, insightful, reassuring, politically neutral, and kind. Yet underneath that, there can be a tendency to downplay or bypass uncomfortable truths or subtly influence and confuse others to maintain their image. Whether it was Cathleen or MCEO Freedom Teachings, understanding these things helped me make sense of what’s driving moral decline, greed, chaos, division, apathy, and endless violence and exploitation in the world.

Recognizing this didn’t make me cynical, but it did sharpen my discernment. It also allowed me to make peace with my anger, prompting a clean-up on social media, seeing it not as something unhelpful, but as a natural and clarifying response.)

A note on the teachings

From what I’ve gathered, MCEO Freedom Teachings present a framework centered on personal sovereignty, multidimensional anatomy, and direct connection to Source.

A core idea is the shift from external authority to internal alignment. Rather than relying on guides, entities, or intermediaries, the emphasis is on developing a direct relationship with one’s own higher intelligence.

Before you dive into the Q&A I had with AI below, here’s a snapshot of the dimensions described in MCEO Freedom Teachings:

Although not ideal, here are the questions I asked Gemini so you don’t have to ask:

Q: Why do MCEO FT followers renounce their spiritual guides or religious practices?
In the MCEO Freedom Teachings, renouncing former spirit guides or traditional faiths is not typically seen as a rejection of "goodness," but rather as a necessary step in reclaiming Personal Sovereignty. According to this paradigm, here is why individuals often step away from those previous connections:

1. We have our own Christos and Rishi selves, at higher dimensions
There are 5 “harmonic universes” (HU), each with 3 dimensions.

  • HU1 (Dimensions 1–3): This is where we are now, in physical form.

  • HU2 (4–6): Our soul level.

  • HU3 (7–9): Our oversoul level.

  • HU4 (10–12): Our higher self, also called the Christos Avatar. No dark avatars can hold this frequency, as the highest they can go is D11.5.

  • HU5 (13-15): Our Rishi self

MCEO Freedom Teachings describes a process of connecting with the D12 Christos Self, beginning with practices like the Maharic Shield meditation and the Psonn of Lyra. As one continues working with the techniques and accretes more frequency, the connection can extend to the Rishi self.

From this perspective, the best guidance comes from the higher aspects of oneself, which is why some people on this path do not feel the need to rely on external spiritual guides or angels who are all running fallen coding in their templates. They view their Christos and Rishi selves as aligned sources of insight and support, rather than looking outside for direction.

2. Integrity and the "Law of One."
The MCEO teachings are based on the Law of One, which prioritizes absolute spiritual integrity and responsibility. Many find that organized religion has become a "system of rules" without true spirit. They choose to leave these structures behind to find an authentic connection to Source, not filtered through centuries of human interpretation or "darkness masquerading as light". In practical terms, renouncing these old ties is seen as "emptying one's hands" so they can be filled with direct, unmediated wisdom from one's own Eternal Source.

3. Shifting from External to Internal Authority
Traditional religions and many New Age practices often encourage looking to an external authority - whether it is a god, a saint, or a spirit guide - for protection, healing, or guidance. The Freedom Teachings emphasize that you are a "Face of God-Source" with your own direct 12th Dimension blueprint (the Inner Christos). Following MCEO means moving from being a "servant" or “follower” of a higher power that’s beneath your 12D self, and recognizing yourself as a sovereign co-creator. People renounce guides and faiths because they no longer want to be "lackeys" or to unquestioningly obey a distant father-figure or a spirit they cannot fully verify. (With technology and social media, corruption, sexual abuse, and predatory actions are increasingly being exposed in spiritual and religious spaces, which prompts people to realize a different truth.)

4. Identifying "False Spirit Guides" and Vampirism
MCEO teachings introduce the concept of "False Spirit Guide" or "Shadow Body". It is taught that many beings on the Astral Plane (4D) posing as guides are actually "frequency vampires" or entities with their own agendas who survive by "feeding" on human energy. The 4th Dimension (HU-2) is a "cluttered" realm. It contains many beings who are "stuck" or have fallen" from higher blueprints. They are often "Shadow Dancers" or "Fallen Angelic" fragments. Some are ET collectives (like certain factions of Anunnaki or Drakonians) who lost their ability to draw energy directly from Source. Because they have cut themselves off from the 12D "Krystal Spiral" (infinite energy), they are like a phone with a broken charger. To keep their consciousness from "extinguishing," they must harvest "loosh" (emotional energy) from 3D humans. (This reminds me of the movie “Coco” where the grandfather’s soul was at the risk of disintegrating because nobody places his photo at the family altar or thinks of him.) The agenda is to keep humanity "frequency locked" in fear, worship, or subservience because "worship" is a direct energy transfer from the human to the entity. Many of them do have physical counterparts, but as "gestalts," they prefer 4D because they can influence thousands of people at once through "astral wires" without the limitations of a heavy 3D body.

Common figures linked to 4D Energy Harvesting (The "Fallen" Collectives):

  • Baal / Moloch: Often associated with the Drakonian or Anunnaki collective lines. These entities historically demanded "loosh" through blood sacrifice or extreme fear, which are the densest forms of emotional energy. (This is so common in America; you can see its influence on mainstream music, “art,” and pop celebrities.) It is also worshipped by “elites” and associated with Trump and Epstein’s crimes, where children and women are not just being sexually assaulted or abused but are also allegedly sacrificed and cannibalized. Recently, Iran also burned a statue of Baal as a “symbolic protest” aimed at drawing attention to alleged moral corruption in the West.)

  • The "False" Archangel Michael: MCEO claims the original Michael collective is 11D/12D, but there is a "Blue Sword" 4D/13D Nephilim version that uses the name to trick people into giving away their power via "protection" rituals that actually "hook" into the person's field.

  • Jehovah (The "Jehowian" Anunnaki: MCEO makes a distinction between the "True Source" and the entity "Jehovah." The latter is described as an 11D/12D "fallen" collective that created "slave-covenant" religions to harvest the collective devotion of humanity.

  • The "Lords" of Karma: While traditionally seen as helpful, MCEO suggests that some versions of these "Lords" are actually 4D/5D entities who trick souls into a reincarnation loop, convincing them they have "debts" to pay so they keep returning to 3D to be harvested.

  • Archons: This Gnostic term is used to describe the "Shadow Dancers" - non-biological entities that inhabit the 4D "Lower Astral" and "Upper Astral" planes. They influence human thought-patterns to trigger anger, lust, or grief, which they then "eat."

5. The "Bi-Veca" and "Tri-Veca" DNA Shift
Traditional worship often utilizes specific sounds, symbols, or prayers that, according to MCEO, may actually cap a person's DNA activation at the 3rd or 4th dimension. To move into the higher Harmonic Universes (HU-2 and above), a person needs to run higher "sub-harmonics" of light through their DNA. Practitioners may renounce old faiths because they believe those systems are "frequency-locked" and will prevent them from achieving the full 12-strand DNA activation required for true spiritual freedom.

Q: So why would a system be frequency-locked?
According to the MCEO perspective, these locks are not accidental; they serve specific agendas by "fallen" collectives:

1. Energy Harvesting (Vampirism):
Systems like the Fibonacci spiral are called "parasitic" because they require energy from what came before to sustain themselves. By locking a population into a finite frequency loop, these systems can "harvest" the emotional and spiritual energy (loosh) of those within the loop. Preventing Ascension: The locks function as frequency barriers that prevent the "12-strand DNA" from activating. This keeps humanity in a state of "perpetual powerlessness and victimhood," making them easier to manage as a resource within the lower dimensions. By replacing the "Krystal Spiral" (which connects directly to Source) with Metatronic spirals, these systems isolate a local universe from infinite energy, leading to a "closed, isolated system" that eventually degrades.

The Solution: "Un-locking" the Field

The primary goal of MCEO techniques, such as Maharic Seal, is to run D-12 "Liquid Light" through these locks. This high-frequency current is said to neutralize the frequency locks and "re-plug" the individual into the eternal energy supply of Godhead.

Q: So what’s the deal about dimensions, and why do people aspire to ascend?
In the MCEO teachings, your experience changes depending on which "station of identity" you plug into. Here is the breakdown of the sensory and psychological states as you move up the scale.

  • 1D - 3D (The Ego/Physical): Focus is on linear time, survival, and individual identity.
State: Logic, physical sensation, and "separateness."

  • 4D (The Astral): Opening to the dream state and collective human emotion.
State: Heightened intuition, vivid dreaming, but also susceptibility to external emotional "noise"

  • 5D (The Archetypal): Connecting to your "Soul" identity.
State: Deep unconditional love, a sense of "belonging," and "knowing" without needing to study. You see the geometric patterns behind life.

  • 6D (The Angelic/Mental): Accessing the planetary mind.
State: Clarity and "knowing" without needing to study. You see the geometric patterns behind life.

  • 7-9D (The Galactic/Over-Soul): Connecting to your "Over-Soul."
State: Infinite patience and a "vast" perspective. You feel like a "witness" to history rather than a victim of it.

  • 10-12D (The Christos/Avatar): Connecting to your D-12 Pre-matter Blueprint.
State: Absolute sovereignty and power. You feel "incorruptible." There is no fear of death because you recognize yourself as Eternal Liquid Light. It is a state of "Eternal Stillness" even while in motion.

Q: Practically, what does following MCEO Freedom Teaching do for an individual who has no interest in ascension, whether it’s because they don’t believe in it or they just want to have a full and enjoyable human experience and perhaps uplift the people around them or the collective at the same time?

Even if you have zero desire to "leave" Earth or reach the 12th dimension, the MCEO Freedom Teachings function like a high-performance manual for the human "bio-computer". Practically, here is how these mechanics translate into a better, more impactful 3D life:

  1. Reclaiming Your "Energy Sovereignty."
Most people walk around with "leaky" energy fields, easily drained by stressful environments, toxic people, or collective fear.
The practical win: Techniques like the Maharic Seal create a protective "buffer". You stop being a sponge for other people's drama. You stay calm and centered while everyone else is panicking, which is the ultimate "enjoyable human experience."

  2. Mental Clarity and "De-Programming'
The teachings emphasize that our 3D world is full of "shadow mutations" - belief systems designed to keep us small and competitive.
The practical win: By working with your DNA template, you start to clear these mental "viruses." You gain an eerie level of clarity and intuition. Decisions (career, relationships, health) become effortless because you're operating from your "Inner Christos" (your highest intelligence) rather than your ego's fears.

  3. Biological Vitality (The Silica Shift)
MCEO isn't just "spiritual"; it's biological. Bringing in higher frequencies (Accretion) cleanses the physical cells.
The practical win: Higher energy levels, faster recovery from illness, and a general sense of "lightness" in the physical body. You don't just feel "holy"; you feel vibrant. You enjoy food, movement, and sleep more deeply because your nervous system isn't fried.

  4. Becoming a "Frequency Anchor" for Others
This is how you uplift the collective without saying a word. In MCEO, you're a "bio-conduit."
The practical win: When you run 12D frequency through your body, you literally radiate it into the room. You become a stabilizing force. People around you will feel safer, calmer, and more inspired just by being in your presence. You uplift them by simply "holding the frequency" that they might have forgotten.

  5. Manifestation via "Scalar Mechanics"
Instead of "wishing" for things (which comes from a place of lack), MCEO teaches how to use Keylontic Science - using sound and symbol to "program" your reality.
The practical win: You stop struggling and start aligning. You find that the right people, opportunities, and resources "click" into place because your internal blueprint is no longer distorted. You get to enjoy a life of "grace" rather than "grind."

In short: You don't follow MCEO to get out of the human experience; you follow it to master it. You become the most "awake" person in the room, enjoying the 3D world with the power and peace of a 12D being.

For those who believe in reincarnation and dimensions and feel they are done with this 3D life, the following is worth noting: In the MCEO teachings, "death" is simply the soul transitioning between Harmonic Universes (HU). We don't just "float away"; we follow a specific energetic mechanics based on our DNA template.

The 4th Dimension is the "waiting room" or Astral Plane. When a 3D body dies, the consciousness usually shifts into the 4th Dimension. This is part of Harmonic Universe 2. You don't necessarily stay in 3D, but you do remain tied to the Time Matrix cycles. To fully "exit" the 1-3D density, your soul must accrete (absorb) the frequencies of the dimensions above it. If a soul hasn't activated enough DNA strands to hold the frequency of higher dimensions (5D and up), it eventually recycles back into a 3D physical body.

This isn't a punishment; it's a biological necessity because the soul's "buffer" isn't strong enough to stay in the higher, more intense light fields. Moving "higher" isn't about being "good"; it's about Bio-Regenesis - repairing your DNA so it can act as a conductor for higher-dimensional light.

To do so, MCEO teaches DNA template activation, building our "light-body" vehicle (Merkaba), and using the Maharic Seal to protect your field from lower-dimensional distortions and frequency accretion, thereby making your physical body less dense by raising your "base tone". Lastly, it covers the "Stargate" Passageways, which involve moving through actual "Star Gates" (Earth's energy centers) during specific Stellar Activation Cycles - times when the fences between the dimensions are thin.

In short, you move into higher dimensions by turning your body into a "radio" that can finally tune into the 4D, 5D, and 6D stations. If you can't tune in, you stay on the 3D station until you fix the dial.

According to MCEO, once a being has truly "ascended" (accreted the frequencies of the higher HUs), they do not have to reincarnate. If they appear in 3D, it is usually for one of two reasons:

  1. Avatar Contracts (The Rescue Mission): High-level beings (like Jesheua-12 or Buddha collectives) take on a "voluntary incarnation" to bring higher frequencies into Earth's grid. They come to "anchor" the light so others can find their way out.

  2. The "Down-stepping" Process: To interact with 3D, a 12D being must "fragment" or down-step their frequency into a biological container. This is risky, as they can sometimes get "caught" in 3D distortions and forget who they are (though their 12D blueprint usually protects them). If a being is "forced" to reincarnate, it's because they haven't yet finished accreting the frequency of the dimension above them.

What all these meant for me and what has changed in my practice

The biggest shift for me has been simplicity and clarity.

I no longer actively invite or work with external entities in my sessions. Instead, I anchor into:

  • my own presence

  • the client’s system

  • and a direct relationship with Source, my client, and my 12D selves

Everything else is guided through attunement, observation, and the body’s intelligence. Personally, I use the Maharic Seal meditation daily, before facilitation to help myself become more grounded and clear, and whenever I feel unlike myself.

This approach feels:

  • cleaner

  • easier to integrate

  • less prone to projection or premature meaning-making

  • prevents spiritual ego from quietly taking over, which can happen more easily than we realize

It also reduces the risk of subtle dependency, both for myself and for the people I work with.

On guidance, power, and discernment

Seeking support is human, especially when we have yet to establish our self-worth and the ability to face uncertainty. There’s nothing inherently wrong with turning to readers, healers, or spiritual tools. However, reliance on external sources can keep us from discovering our own power and potential, let alone dubious ones.

Also, there’s a difference between support and surrendering authority.

From what I’ve observed:

  • Integrity-based practitioners will empower you to think and feel for yourself; they will hold back information when necessary. They might even stop you from returning too quickly for readings or make you face yourself honestly, without considering whether it would offend and deter you from returning.

  • Extractive dynamics can offer highly accurate insights or just enough to draw you in, reinforce victimhood, influence your choices, manipulate your emotions, and keep you dependent. (I have experienced this personally and lost a few thousand dollars during a vulnerable period.)

Discernment becomes especially important when someone:

  • asks for unquestioned trust

  • position themselves as the authority over your experience

  • or reinforces disempowerment, even subtly

Many people couldn’t believe how many predators and narcissists exist in the spiritual and wellness field because they are so good at covering up and putting up a facade.

Where I stand now

I’m not here to tell anyone what to believe or what to avoid.

For me, this phase has been about:

  • refining my discernment

  • reclaiming personal sovereignty

  • and simplifying my relationship with spirituality

I believe that meaningful change comes from:

  • our choices

  • our capacity to face discomfort

  • and our willingness to take responsibility for our lives

No modality replaces that. Even with Spinal Energetics, there can be a plateau if someone is avoidant or using sessions to bypass the deeper work required for change.

Although I’ve sought readings after learning my lessons from being scammed twice in the same period, I’ve never given my power or free will away by letting them dictate my decisions, which unfortunately happens to many people on a subconscious level. For me, readings were helpful at times, offering spiritual encouragement, perspective, and the reminders of things I was already sensing but hesitant to act on. That’s also why I’ve occasionally recommended a couple of trusted readers to some clients. Even though I’m not fully against readings, I strongly discourage working with those who offer spell work.

Final thoughts

In any case, the core intention of this post is to create more awareness that not everything channeled is necessarily coming from benevolent sources or aligned with our highest good. Even some whistleblowers or shadow workers, upon closer examination, can reveal inconsistencies or issues. I’ve been there, and it’s not something to feel ashamed of. It takes inner and shadow work to cultivate that discernment. On that note, be mindful of individuals who claim certainty by saying they have “done” their shadow work. Inner work is ongoing; we are always evolving.

A thought that came out of all these is: What a 9D entity perceives as the highest good may not be the same as your 12D Self. While higher-dimensional energetic beings (below 12D) can be helpful in bridging our current level of consciousness and make our journey much more comfortable, there comes a point where we need to clear the space so we can connect directly and discern our own path. To me, the question is: Why spend too much time talking to five well-meaning friends or coaches who may have differing opinions from each other on how you should proceed with your life, instead of trusting your own guidance, even if it means getting into challenging situations where invaluable lessons or wisdom lie? As though most of us aren’t already overloaded with information and opinions these days.

In any case, there’s anything I hope this offers: it’s a gentle reminder:

Not everything that feels spiritual is true, real, or necessarily aligned.
Not everything that sounds true is free from distortion.

At the end of the day, we are here to live, to experience the full spectrum of being human, to grow through it, not escape through ascension.

And sometimes, the most powerful shift isn’t in finding more guidance or information, as they don’t equate to transformation, but in learning to work with the one that’s already within you.
